24/7 Nursing Care
Simblija has adopted a multidisciplinary approach to care which consists of a team of 3 medical doctors, a 24/7 nursing team, a physical therapy team, a tissue viability nurse, a speech and language therapist, an occupational therapist, a podiatrist, and a nutritionist.
The team is led by Rosetta Jacobs, Team Leader, and Dr. Gabriel Ellul, Lead Medical doctor.
With nurses on call at all times, you can rest assured knowing that whatever happens – especially if it’s an emergency – help is just a buzz away.
Full Board Accommodation
Preparing meals for yourself right after a major operation is a challenge – one you can do away with when staying at our bespoke residence. Our in-house kitchen works closely with our team of professionals to ensure that every meal is not only delicious but reflects the individual’s dietary or cultural needs. Food allergies, medical conditions, and even personal tastes are considered.
Daily Physiotherapy at Revive
At Simblija, we offer rehabilitation services by highly trained physiotherapists, within our own rehabilitation and aquatic centre, Revive, which includes a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool.
The area is well equipped and has a gym with an extensive array of rehabilitative equipment. A solid in-pool perimeter railing within the hydrotherapy pool is designed with residents’ safety and comfort in mind and enables accessibility. Our objective is that of offering an ideal and pleasant environment for rehabilitation, either on an individual or group basis.
This is also done on an outpatient basis or through house visits after clients go home.
