Revive
Completing the wellness picture at Simblija is Revive, our on-site physio and hydrotherapy clinic, which is purposefully built to enable senior rehabilitation. The soothing properties of our heated pool are ideal in healing the body and alleviating pain. Aquatherapy also offers additional benefits for balance, coordination, and mobility.
Our team of APPI- trained physiotherapists are there to offer expert advice and personalised exercise regimens. The team can assist with neurological, orthopaedic, cardiac, and pulmonary rehabilitation; strength, flexibility, and coordination training; and pain management and exercise therapy, among many other specialised requirements. We also cater to domiciliary and outpatient physiotherapy as required.
